Slices of veal, sautéed in butter, and wine with carrots, asparagus, prosciutto and a special blend of spices. Organic Cream and a touch of red sauce is added then baked with parmesan cheese, mozzarella.
We proudly serve properly raised PROVIMI Veal, cut & trimmed on our premises.
